So you would recommend running Load Range E tires at 35 PSI on a F-150? Not a good idea.
If you're empty and want a decent ride, yeah. Some people run even a little less and some run in the 40's or 50's if towing. Also, your signature is a complete fallacy. Gun violence is not a leading cause of death for children. That's an Everytown lie.

Ran BFG TKO's in the past, but now on Falken Wildpeaks AT3W. Really like the Falken's much better! Going on my second winter with them and no issues at all so far here in Northern Minnesota!

Falken Wildpeak AT3's seem to take the cake for snow.

Any all season is going to be a compromise in the snow, and especially the cold. All seasons freeze up and can become like driving ice on ice. Snow tires are designed with special compounds to maintain friction with the snow/ice even in the cold.

that said, assuming you’re not driving on a lot of snow/ice, then a KO2, Wildpeak, or a tire with the three season peak will do better than a non 3 season rated all season.

Two things: 35-40 psi in a load range e tire is just fine in many applications - dealer recommended 40psi so that is what I run now.

second, here is the CDC that shows your claim of gun violence is incorrect.

I have had Toyo At3's on my last two vehicles, they are pretty good when new, noticeable decrease in traction as they wear down though.

I want to try the Nokian outpost's on my F150 when it shows up. I had their predecessor, the rotiiva AT's, on a Nissan Titan back in the day and they were amazing in the snow.

Guess the FBI statistics are fake? We have had more than 600 mass shootings in 2022 with more yet to come.

Tires have a load range at a given PSI. Best to match the tire to the truck and its planned maximum payload. This is not rocket science as the information is readily available online and takes minutes to locate.

My last truck was used to carry payloads of more than 3500 lbs and so I upgraded the tires, the shocks, and the leaf springs. The new tires added 1400 lbs of load capacity at the rear wheels. My current 2022 F-150 is never going to have a load of more than 1800 lbs in the bed and so the factory tires are good enough.

The E tires I had were inflated to the factory specs of 65 PSI for the front tires and 80 PSI for the rear tires. Tread wear was even across the tread with those tire pressures which is what counts for traction and longevity. I had to use my own air compressor to get the rear tires to 80 PSI as the gas station pumps could not do it.

I'll pile on the others recommendations of the AT KO2.

I use KO2s for non-winter driving and I've put lots of miles on all conditions with them. Summer, rain, offroad, mud, snow while towing. They've handle great. In deeper snow offroad while towing, I do put on the rear chains. Only drawback in snow that I noticed is in lighter snow on asphalt with no snow pack, the tires felt a little slippery.

For winter, I just switched back over to Blizzaks which are insane snow tires IMHO.

Ive been using Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs for years for southern Alberta.
Ive run BFGs.....good traction but gravel beat them up fast.
Had Toyo Open Countries....wasnt impressed.
Duratracs are a bit noisy.....dont bother me.
Aggressive looking and snow rated.
I run them year round.....pretty good in mud too.
Dont really plan on using anything else anytime soon

All season is not the same as all terrain. Different tires.

I checked the LT tire option on my order to be 100% certain i didnt receive the Pirellis. They need to stick to sport tires, becaue their truck tires blow. And blow bad.

I got General Grabber LT's from factory. First snow they did fine. Nice perk with LT option, all 5 are same tire and size...

Semantics I surmise. My point is any “all weather” tire, is going to be a compromise all of the time. It will do lots of things ok, but nothing as well and a dedicated tire - Especially in ice/snow.
