I came across some posts on Reddit with people saying that after leveling or lifting the later model F150s (2024-25) they're getting warnings about Collision Assist not available and also problems with Blue Cruise and Adaptive Cruise.

Has anyone found this to be the case? Are there some calibrations that need to be done to correct this? I'm not planning on doing anything crazy, maybe just the Eibach Stage 2 to level my 2026 PB.

I'm not planning on doing this myself, but I would think a good lift shop would be able to do what's needed so the above doesn't happen.

Thanks for any advice or comments.

Any lift or level will affect those systems since it changes the angle of the cameras to the horizon.

As Doug said, windscreen camera but also 360 degree camera, radar sensor and potentially headlight system (if adaptive headlights). Possible calibrations required:
- windscreen camera
- radar alignment
- parking sensor calibration
- headlight height level sensor
- 360 degree camera calibration

Wow. Just raising the front end a couple inches requires all that? Should a good lift shop be able to do that?

All the ADAS are Affected by a lift or level, but they also have some built in tolerances as well. I have a 2.5“ level and have had zero issues 115k miles in. Now if I hook up 8000lb trailer and get the back to squat down and the nose up, I’ll probably run out of tolerances and have issues that I wouldn’t have without the level.

The cameras can be recalibrated using FDRS and require no physical adjustments. The front radar for ACC can be adjusted with hand tools (once you get the grill off).

I leveled my 2025 Tremor with the Eibach pro truck 2r set. I have not had a single warning about any system and I use Bluecruise almost daily with no trouble. I manually adjusted my headlights because my truck doesn't have auto-level headlights.

The only mod that I did that affected anything was swapping out the regular mirrors to tow mirrors. The camera stitching is a bit off.

I did say "possible". Warnings coming up will dictate whether or not they're needed. The fox elite 2.5 w/DSCs I put on the front at default setting did not require any of these to be done.

As Alan said, there is some tolerance. For example, with adaptive headlights on stock suspension, my headlamps down angle was approx. 3.4 ° . After the fox install, my headlight down angles were approx. 4.3 ° . I have had trucks where they were only a little higher at the front than mine and they get headlamp system warnings. This leads me to believe that the maximum down angle is around 5 °.

My Dealer specifically told me they needed another day to recalibrate all my cameras when they installed a 6inch lift for me. I have also personally witnessed collision alerts due to my aggressive driving in Sport mode, so i know it works.

A 6 inch lift I can understand the need for recalibration. I don't think this will be needed for a 2 inch or level.
