That is correct. The flat connector with 5 pins is the FL3Z. The square connector with 4 pins is the RL3Z.

So, I think I figured it out. The keypad ordered from the keypad thread ( FL3Z-14A626-AH ) fit the wiring harness that came with the truck. That harness did not have the connector for the tow mirror power extend feature, so I ordered wiring harness RL3Z-14631-E. It looks like keypad...

BCM reset did not work. I think one of my splices is bad. All of the buttons light up when I unlock the door by grabbing the handle. It also lights up upon key press of all buttons except button 7/8. I'll recheck my splices tomorrow.

The Forscan changes I made when I first installed it are still there. I did not try a BCM reset.
