Might benefit checking the battery under the rear seat for state of charge and/or resetting the BMS.

Battery Tender. Schumacher or Daltran Battery Tender Plus.
Going to throw the Noco out there - I have the NOCO Genius GEN5X1 permanently attached to my F150's battery and love it. Dealer replaced the stock battery with an H8 like six months into ownership, and that's when I added the Noco. Haven't had any problems since, though plugging in the cable daily isn't going to be for everyone. If you park outside, a 10W solar panel on the dash might be useful?

Appropriate, just remember that the little battery and the main battery are paralleled except when starting the ICE. My take is that if there's a problem it's in the main battery since that is the 800# gorilla of the 12vdc system. This fits with my experience of weird readings and warnings in the 12VDC system.

My '21 used truck did the same thing when I first picked it up. I used my Ford Performance CTEK charger to reconditioned the battery several times. Following that I have not had an issue. The truck will go into sleep mode after 2 weeks of waiting for me to drive it.

Honestly disgusted about this issue. Spent close to $70k on my new truck to have the same issue. I drive multiple short trips every day. And my remote start and Ford Pass doesn't work reliably. Dealership says battery good and charging system healthy. But clearly there is an issue. So yes, I will go spend what it costs to upgrade the battery, but this is unacceptable for a known issue. Under engineered with not enough margin.

yep, i had the same warning and issues. I just replaced my auxilary battery in my 2021 F150 Lariat PB. $75 Ford factory one from a local dealer.
it's a battery... their life expectancy is only 3-5 years. It wa probably 6 months to a year old before being installed in the truck, lol.
$75 and 5 minutes time...all good.

So in your case, the auxiliary battery was causing the issue. I mean my truck is a 2021 with 112K miles on it, so it has been used.....sounds like I need a new auxiliary battery.

yep, that was the issue. if your engine battery was going bad, the red battery light on the dash would be on.
NOTE: after you replace the auxilary battery, you'll need to reset the BMS, by turning (key on) not started... flash brights 5 times followed by 3 brake pedal applications... the little red battery symbol should flassh 3 times. ow the waring on the screen will go away.
i found a youtube video explaining it.

Interesting, this is the first time the Auxiliary battery was the culprit. But then with both batteries paralleled in normal operation a faulty one would drag down a good one.

Don't forget to do a BMS reset if you swap batteries. Plenty of posts on how to do this by flashing the high beams and pumping the brakes the right number of times.
