Any idea what these white marks on my headlights are?

Never seen them before.

They look identical. It's nothing on the outside (tried to wipe it), and it doesn't seem to be inside. Looks like some kind of a halo of some sort, but I can't determine what's causing it.

I’m not exactly sure what you’re talking about but that just seems to be the light pattern coming from the lenses. Have somebody start the truck with you outside and look to see if the marks move with the startup sequence

Looks like some condensation that formed on the inside of the lens from the rain and humidity. An explanation of that occurring under certain circumstances should be in your owners manual

Either that or a worm hole has begun to open in your headlights

Hmmm, I don’t think ibe ever seen my upper bulb even come on ?

Mine have been like that since new. With lights off in daylight, lenses are crystal clear. I believe it is something about the wavelength of the lights (LEDs) that causes something in the plastic of the lens to floresce. My wife and stepdaughter both have VW Jettas with LED headlights, and they both do the same thing.

For what it’s worth mine are the same way.

Simply the light that is refracting through the plastic. This is pretty common with LED lights of many manufactures. It has something to do with the color of the light. Different Kelvin levels create different “colors” of light
