Given your description of dissatisfaction only during maneuvers that induce body-roll, the bar would probably be a better first step.
Yep, what @Buyer2021 said!

need to eliminate the stage coach or boat like rock and roll on turns!
I live in a semi-hilly/mountainous area with a lot of twisty roads going through them. To date, the ONLY chassis modification that I have made was adding a sway bar. There was no difference in feel or ride on the few straight roads, but on the curves, the difference was night and day, and the effect was felt immediately! It eliminated the body roll, and returned a sense of "I'm back in control of the truck" feeling. Never regretted adding it (but it did make me wonder why Ford didn't have one in the first place).

There are several sway bar manufacturers out there to choose from, and I think most (all?) will provide a satisfactory solution to your complaint. There are some small differences between the brands/makes, but making a call as to which brand is best is a fool's errand in my judgment because it is rather debatable, and everyone has different ideas as to what they consider as important criteria. There are pluses and perhaps a few minuses to all of them, but whichever one you choose I think it will address your complaint.

Thanks I just don’t understand what Ford did to this year model for it to do this since my 13 did not have this issue and no sway bar.
Thanks

I can't help you out there. As my username says, this IS my first Ford, so I don't have the knowledge, history, and experience regarding Fords that others on this forum have. But I can state unequivocally that adding a sway bar to my '22 Lariat made a world of difference!

Since this thread is alive again, my two cents. I worked hard on my '12 EB to improve the handling when towing. It was atrocious when I got it. I added a Hellwig rear sway bar and then replaced the front bar too. The rear bar helped with towing and body roll but as noted dramatically changed the oversteer/understeer behavior. Adding the stiffer front bar brought the handling back to a nice steering balance and further reduced roll. Also added a leaf to the rear springs that cured squat when towing.

But the truck never got close to as comfortable towing as the Silverado 1500 it replaced, although the EB made hills a lot more manageable. Heading west out of Denver on the high pass on I70 convinced me I needed more HP/torque. I wasn't sure the Chevrolet was going to survive it. The combination of altitude and load were more than that small block could handle. Go figure. Otherwise I was surprised at how much better the Chevy's handling while towing was.

My '24 PB flops around a lot more than the '12 did, even before mods. If it weren't for the size sometimes I wonder if it's even a truck. The pickup market has sure changed. And, don't believe I'd buy Hellwig again at today's prices. A decade ago I paid around $280 for the rear bar. I'd expect it to be more today, but more than twice as much???

I installed the Hellwig bar on my 21 back when they were still reasonably priced. I probably have about 12000 miles since the install and have not had any noise from it. I too can't understand why the price doubled.
I sent you a PM about your 21 and sway bar can you address my question? Thanks

Why does Ford say no sway bar with Bluecruise? What negative impact does it have?

Interesting, I wasn't aware of that.
What negative impact does it have?
Not necessarily a negative impact normally / in moderation, but a rear swaybar tends to increase oversteer (reduce understeer) which BC may not play nice with.

Most drivers readily learn to slightly adjust their steering inputs with a mild rear swaybar addition or stiffness-increase, but maybe BC doesn't / can't.

I never heard of that either, but then I had my sway bar installed before BC was available.

Yesterday I installed a rear Hellwig 7788 on my 21 Platinum for the boat like ride in the front end after turns. No change. Going to move to the 3rd hole, if no change its coming off. Hope they will take it back!

It is adjusted to 3, but my boat ride is still there. My assumption is shocks and struts are in order and I am looking at Eibachs. But spending another 1k is a tough pill to swallow. I have yet to find anyone with a 4x2 say they had the same issue and did xyz and that fixed it. Considering if the shocks fix it, removing the Hellwig and selling it.

These are my rear links for my Belltech rear sway bar.I used the Belltech links that came with the kit and just modified them to fit my application perfectly. Here are some pictures that may help any one else who is thinking of going this route.
