Gotcha, good deal, you're well on your way then. Sounds like you don't have everything changed just right. Are you using my sheet or one you put together yourself? I posted mine a ways back and I'd compare and use that to what you have. If you don't have all the exact right values in the right places, even just one wrong, you'll get the errors you're describing.

Awesome, thank you so much! I’ll try to reconcile this against what I did.

I stupidly made my changes as I went in FORScan—is there any way for FORScan (or FDRS) to generate an as-built file so that I can compare my baseline to the changes I made?

Well maybe, a rule of thumb is to always backup your asbuilt for exact scenarios like this. Depending when you first made the changes, hopefully here recently. You can download the asbuilt from the Ford servers and hopefully whats there is before you started making changes, and your current changes haven't uploaded to the mothership yet. However this will be very manual as its in a different format than what you save in forscan.

Look at my sheet. It's a combination address where it adds the next one as well. I.E. 4+1 = 5 for camera only.
So if my original unmolested value was a 3 then I wanna put 4 and that’ll pull speed limits from the apim but then if a sign is different, it’ll change to the sign?

right now I have it as a 7 and it’s reading the signs but won’t display the speed limit until I pass a sign, even on streets where it would’ve come up the moment I turned onto it.
Although I do have a dtc in the ipma for lost comm with apim

What value are you talking about there? Only a few are like that where you need to add them together.

I have 706-02-01 *xxx xxxx xx-- at 7 since I have factory nav and others are trying it at 5 without nav. That is exactly how mine works, the speed limit sign in the IPC doesn't usually show up until I pass a sign and recognizes it.

Yeah that’s the one I’m talking about. I have the non built in nav with no subscription at the moment. My guess is 7 is the right setting for that then.
I test drove a 21 that had adaptive cruise and the signs would populate as soon as you pulled onto a street but if the ipma “saw” a sign that was different it would switch to the speed on the dash.
For example, we drove my truck down a street that the nav thought was 45 but the street signs showed 35. My truck stayed at 45. The other truck with adaptive cruise was at 45 on that same street until we passed the 35 sign.
I honestly think I have too many irons in the fire right now; heated wheel, ambient lights, TSR without the ccm, etc. I Loaded all my original data back to all modules and will tackle them 1 at a time as my parts arrive.
my big hurdle right now is getting all my modules up to date so I can get the climate bar to control my HSW since I’ve spent a bunch Of $$ on parts for it.

If you don't have built in navigation the value you need is 5 for that line. You're seeing a DTC because the IPMA is now looking for speed sign data from the APIM as well as what it can "see."

I have the NAV tab on my screen but it’s the subscription based NAV that I haven’t subscribed to so all I see is a map but can’t actually use/navigate with it. I’ve always had speed signs on my dash, just trying to get the TSR working so they’re more accurate. Would that still be a 5 or the 7 you think?

Thanks! I did back up my original as-built, as well as each module before I made changes. What I didn’t do was actually note the changes I made, so I was hoping for a way to see those so that I could compare against your sheet. I was able to save each module I changed and compare them against my as-built in the comparer and see them, I just had to do them one at a time. No big deal.

Thanks for this sheet! After making a couple of adjustments (I didn’t touch ABS originally and I needed to correct a couple of values) the errors cleared and adaptive cruise worked perfectly! I was also getting speed signs showing up in the dash after I passed them. However trying to switch CC mode to “Intelligent” gave me a message that the option wasn’t available right now, and as far as I can tell lane centering wasn’t working either. I also don’t see any options for lane centering in the driver assistance menu (just the existing active+alert LKAS). Not sure if something should be there?

You have Nav then, don't overthink it between connected or not. If you have Nav button then you have it equipped and not less like some 22+ guys. I did buy the 1 year subscription for mine early on when trying to make everything work right, not sure if having that helps the GPS based TSR or not really.

Awesome! Yes I was going to suggest the ABS as it is an easy one to overlook.

Again just go through the sheet with a fine tooth comb. Sounds like you don't have everything enabled on the APIM if those options aren't showing up. I bet you don't have 7D0-09-04 xxxx xxxx *x-- set correctly if you are seeing Intelligent vs Speed Sign Rec under the Cruise Control options.

Thanks, I’ll double check everything, particularly with the APIM.

Just to clarify I do have a speed sign recognition option under the driver assistance area and I can toggle the alert and specify a tolerance. I just get that “not available right now” when I try to select the Intelligent option for cruise control.

The item I don’t have in the driver assistance area is lane centering. Is there supposed to be a section for that?

Yes, but like I said you don't have the APIM setup correctly. It actually isn't even called Intelligent cruise in the menu anymore, there is just a toggle for Speed Sign Recognition along for Lane Centering.

Been reading through for a few days, this thread is like drinking from a fire hose lol. I plan on adding Co-pilot 360 assist in a few months as it was unavailable when I bought my truck a few weeks ago.
Do you guys have a list of sensors, modules, wiring harnesses that will be required? My truck only has pre-collision and lane assist. My main priority is adding ACC and lane centering.

Deleted previous post. I've messed around all afternoon looking at spreadsheets and even making my own and could not get ANY cruise control to work (normal or adaptive) without flashing back to my stock as-built. It turns out my issue was in the ABS Module where instead of a "D" change, I needed a "C" change and all is well now.

I would still like to update the firmware on the CCM at some point but FDRS or the Forscan Beta have no updates available or can't download them in the case of Forscan.
