The first thing I would recommend doing before you ask them for help is do the minimum that they recommend you do first. That involves everything listed here, as well as purchasing and trying the recommended adapter (OBDLinkEX) with updated drivers and firmware (YouTube), as well as make sure you are using the latest released Forscan version.
If you have tried all that, and still cannot write to certain modules, you send them an email [contact(at)forscan.org] with a brief explanation, and copies of your Forscan logs (YouTube).
Then they should get back to you.

Before I jump in with both feet I thought a read that Job 2 '22s are missing some hardware to allow these to work properly. Is this correct? My Platinum had a blend of 03/22. (Apologies but can't seem to find the answer via search.)

Keep in mind the part changeover timing is based on the Job #2 CANADIAN trucks, which run on a slightly later schedule, but is right about now.
Since you're not even scheduled yet, it's unlikely you will have the hardware for this.

Got ahold of Forscan yesterday. Sent them the logs and what my troubles were. They had me a new version of software by the end of the day. I was able to get the IMPA to take the changes.
But i noticed this morning that not only does the glare free not work but also the auto highbeams. Truck stayed in lowbeam on the way to work. Had the Green headlight with the "A" on it on the dash, but nothing happened. Guess I'll have to triple check everything tonight.

If it was too bright out, auto-high/glare-free won't work. Not saying that's the problem, but could be. For me, if I can't easily see the light output, glare free and auto high doesn't do anything

It was pretty much fully dark. It was only 4:45.
Checked all the settings, They were good. Went ahead and reset all affected modules.
I did notice in the manual it says the glare free only works above 32MPH, but i was well above that.
How exactly is it supposed to work? What am I supposed to see?
I'm assuming the high beams come on above 32 mph, and morph to not shine on oncoming or outgoing vehicles?
Normally on my way to work the auto high beams are always turning on and off, didnt see anything today.

When it first comes on, it’s no different (at least to me) than when your regular high beams come on. At least as far as how they shine and light things up. However, the actual act of turning on is much more gradual and fluid. They don’t just *bang* turn on, the gradually ramp on.
That right there will tell you if they are working or not. Then once the high beams are on, and say a car passes by in the other lane, the high beams don’t go all the way off. They sort of just go half-off on that side so that car doesn’t get brighted, or ‘dazzled’ as the Europeans call it. The other side and everywhere else stays all lit up in high beam mode. Then once the car goes by, that side will immediately ramp back on so you’re back to full high beams.
There is much more to it, but that is my poor explanation based on how they seem to operate to me.
When I first enabled mine, it took a while before they came on. I thought they were working at first but then they did. I don’t think it was dark enough at first when I went out.

Looks like everything is working now. It took me while to notice though, That slow dimming effect blends in so nicely, I just noticed I was seeing better, went to flash my brights and they were already on. very cool. Definitely not so in your face with the fade
