ADAPTIVE CRUSIE ISSUE

I’m having an issue with my truck that I cannot seem to figure out and am losing hope lol ?‍. I have a 2021 ford f150 XLT, it has adaptive cruise, 360 cams, etc. the truck has 132k miles so warranty is out of question.

I have started getting a message that says “FRONT CAMERA FAULT” so I replaced the windshield mounted camera, did a module relearn & alignment through an AUTEL scanner & FDRS, AUTEL will fail alignment procedure every time but fdrs says it completes. Yet, I still have the lights, no cruise no lane centering, no auto-highbeams. I have checked every fuse, and connection possible with no luck.

I am now getting the “FRONT CAMERA FAULT” & PRE-COLLISION ASSIST NOT AVAILABLE messages. Any help from somebody on what my next steps should be would be GREATLY appreciated.

I would look into your radar. Pretty collision assist messages can refer to it also.

Could it be the grill mounted camera and not the windshield mounted camera?....
Sorry I am of no help except to question which camera is "front" since they both are up front.

That is usually a pretty generic fault you'll see on the cluster. You need to look into the DTCs and see why it might be triggered. I really doubt your windshield camera was at fault.

Have you done any FDRS or OTA updates recently? If so, I wonder if a config messed something up which could easily cause the same error if everything isn't kosher with each module.
