I share your pain, the Air dam's are all failing on the company trucks. Our shop guy has a full time job running the trucks to the dealer and swapping them out for the next one to fix. I have 3 Invoice on my desk right now for trucks being warrantied all 3 had air dams.I am doing that tomorrow during oil change. That and the second air dam failure in 2 months. I made them replace FIVE of them on my '23 ... I am going to let this one go and just remove the thing, it takes five hours to replace and I have better things to do with my time. Dealer admits that the air dams fail on almost all of the F150s ...says get extended warranty for transmission ... but that everything else is pretty solid. Dealer also says the late '24s and all of the '25s seem to be much better than anything '20 to early '24 (covid time).
I probably will at an oil change. Just hoping I could get it done sooner and was hoping to have extra on hand. It seems this a common problem but no one knows the part #. Others are saying dealers are just throwing the old style in there since they usually have a bunch laying around.Warranty, make it their problem.
