Missing trim piece?!

Would someone with a 2021 F150 go take a look at their truck?

I'm looking for a potential missing trim piece that is below the cluster but above the steering wheel leather cover. I feel like mine is missing something as you rub your hand on the underside and it feels like clips. I bought my truck used a year ago and just noticed it.

The "LEATHER COVER" clips to the bottom edge of the cluster.

That looks correct to me. The "gap", persay, allows for steering wheel position adjustment.

I nicked my knuckle while wiping down the leather and figured there would have been a cover there.

Where the fake leather attaches attaches to IPC?
Looks normal to me.
