It strikes me that we're due for an uncommon "good-news" rather than a more common "I've got a problem" thread here (yeah, forums tend to attract the bad news, just the way it is).

So, just to share in that spirit, now at 13k miles and 30 months I'm still absolutely thrilled with my unicorn (no longer available) Lariat 500A SuperCab. (y) ?

Though a long-time satisfied F150 owner, I'd crossed my fingers and hoped my first-ever special order back in late 2021 would yield my 'dream truck', and that hope has been realized more than I ever had any right to expect.

Maybe a bit of lucky timing, maybe a bit of good karma, but whatever the reasons I'm thankful to take it.

If you're among the similarly fortunate, please post-up and share your good-news story, we can all use a bit of that these days!

I do have sympathy for those many folks with less fortunate outcomes, but please, refrain from posting in this thread, you have a whole forum to share your tales of woe
edit to add pics of my dream truck / rig

I love my truck also, 2 years and almost 30k miles. Minor problem with the cat converters but that got worked out. I hope others get their problems fixed.
Happy holidays to all!

Still loving mine as well. My '21 is just over 3 years old and 31K. With not being able to get a 6.5' bed in anything other than a chrome pkg below a Platinum, I will be keeping it for a few more years yet!

Bought used '21 XLT at 27K currently at 34.5K just passed a year in our driveway. Knock wood, absolutely trouble free. We love the truck.

Of course, we take really good care of her.

I too recently crossed 13,000 miles. Bought my '22 regular cab XLT a little over a year ago with just under 5,000 miles. It hasn't had any issues and has not been to the dealer. (not even for the wiper motor recall! :p) I would prefer it had a manual transmission but I've been exrtremely happy with how this 10 speed shifts.

I will join in and say my 2022 XLT has been trouble free except for some of the recalls. Still waiting for the fix on the axle recall. I have to say, no broken bolt since ownership - 13.9K miles and still driving. Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself. The truck is a joy to drive and have been fortunate.

:ROFLMAO:

I'll admit I'm in that exact same boat, and yeah, I've got the few other minor recalls, but none of that is gonna dampen my happiness, there's just too much overwhelmingly positive about my experience. :)

Let me second that, 16 months, 31,000 miles and so few problems, it’s making me wonder!!! ?. Absolutely love the truck and can’t wait to get on more trips and even just drive it around. Amazing vehicle, great purchase…Cheers!

47k miles on my Job 1 MY 2021 and I still love this truck. A few recalls, manual APIM update at the dealer to fix some update issues, and a rattling exhaust resonator that I fixed by deleting it are the only real problems (knock on wood) I've had. I definitely feel like I got a good one after reading all of the issues on forums & FB groups.

I don't regret the purchase one bit, and with interest rates and price hikes I see this being in my garage for a long time. Great truck! Great thread idea.

Edit: I did upgrade to an H8 battery about a year ago as well and that solved low SOC warnings causing update issues. I'd highly recommend upgrading the battery in this truck for folks that are still running an H6 or H7.

2022 Lariat PB. This is my 24th month, 5500 miles and the worst thing that has happened to me was this morning going out for an appointment and seeing this. :(

I do plan on replacing both batteries this month and I hope I do not need a tire too.

I traded my 12th gen (2013, absolutely loved it and if it were a crew cab I’d still be driving it) 5.0 in September of 22 for this 21 302a high 5.0, it had 19k on it and just this week I rolled over the 40k mile marker. It has been a comfortable and trouble free (other than the junk OEM battery and the struggle the dealership went through to get a functioning trailer brake controller installed) ~21k miles. I’m thoroughly enjoying it still and hoping to be able to put at least another 100k on it before having to sign my life away on another one.
