This just happened to us yesterday while driving down to St Aug about 15 min into the drive. With fan at 7 or MAX AC, very low volume came out of vents. Turned off HVAC for about 30 seconds via the I/O button on the driver knob while driving and then back on and it started blowing fast again. Didn't happen again over 3 hours of errands. Hoping it was just another of the random software glitches that live in these trucks.

This has happened regularly to me. Combination of turning off/on, changing the vents seems to help but it is also random.

Happened once for me. Tried everything from changing it from upper to lower vents. Tried hot and cold. You could hear it working as loud as it normally is but no air blowing out.
Next day it was back to normal. I may die if it ever happens again.

I just dropped my 22 PB at the dealer for what sounds like the same problem. It's acting like the evaporator is freezing up. The air coming from the vents is super cold, too although now I wish I'd stuck a thermometer in it.

The service writer says he's seen several F-150s with the same issue and it usually turns into a dash out job. :( I may be without my truck for a while...

I have a 2023 Tremor and ran into the same issue 1 hour into my 2.5 hr trip. Stopped at a rest stop for 20 minutes and it started working again for 15-20 mins, then the blower was barely working despite setting the fan speed to 7 (you can hear the blowing cranking, but barely any force, but the air seemed cool, not cold or warm). Drove the rest of the way with the windows open in about 86 degree weather.

The next day, AC was fine and drove around the area for the week. Drove back straight for 2.5hr without issue in 78 degree weather. When i pulled home, i let the truck run idle for a few minute to cool down the turbos and noticed 3 different water puddles of what i assume was condensation from the AC but its usually only one puddle.

I have an appt with the local dealer to have them look at it. Since mine in a 2023, i dont believe TSB 22-2089 applies, but it's the exact same symptoms. However, I have yet to replicate it.

The dealership replaced the blower motor. Truck was in for a full day about 7 hours. I have attached the service report so you can see what was replaced.

Have you had the issue since the repair? Seems interesting that your blower motor was replaced. The symptom in the service note was different than what you originally posted though.

I’m assuming it wasn’t a dash out job to replace the just the blower? Or I should say I hope it isn’t, that would be cruel of the engineers

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.
