It’s just like your 92, just without the low Freon part. It’s freezing up. At one point ford was working on a software update for the HVAC system. Let us know if the dealer does anything. In the mean time you can turn the system off and let it melt. Using auto at a comfortable temperature also seems to help prevent it from occurringNoticed the same issues today on my 21 king ranch. Reminds me a lot of when my first truck (92 Silverado single cab stepside, damn I miss that truck) would freeze up due to a Freon leak. Anyhow only way I can increase airflow at all is to hit max A/C button. I’m used to the fan blowing full speed when the truck is hot and I first start it up. Would be curious to hear any follow up’s from the original posters on this thread.
Headed in to the dealer to replace the dumbass felt skid plate thing (how anyone thought that’d be a good idea is beyond me) next week and will bring this to their attention as well. Have never had a brand new vehicle with so many issues as this damn truck.
