9/20 Build Week

Update
Found out this morning just before going into work that my truck was built last night 9/22, shipped to the rail yard 9/22.

The waiting game to the dealership now. ETA is 11/2-11/8/2021, I can’t see it taking over a month to get to central Pennsylvania.

Checked with the dealership after work, one sales person said that sometimes part of the travel route; from KCAP goes on rail to Ohio, then convoy to PA. But we are in crazy times now, so who knows.

Guess we’ll see.

I don't understand, my blend date at KCAP is 8/25 (after yours) and sequence number is 3046 (before yours). The system doesn't make sense to me.

So proud of you cats that's finally getting your trucks after 5-6 months, I was on this date but got pushed back all the way to 11/15 near the end of MY2021 production mines was ordered 8/4 2021

I’m thinking my was loaded on the line before the shutdown, as my blend date was 8/23. I got my WS on 8/17.

• WHO KNOWS; KCAP SHUTTING DOWN FOR A WEEK STARTING 8/23.
• Jeremy at 14:24, Aug 19: It looks like your order was updated on August 16th, it states in production. But the scheduled build day is set to August 23rd.

• (This past Monday 8/23 at 6AM they left for the week and were at sequence 900 after producing about 300 trucks. Supposedly they run about 1000 trucks a day when at full capacity)

• 9/1; closed for another week which makes a total of 3 Week shutdown as of today. Next start up date is 9/13 now.
• 9/3, I checked my window sticker and it’s still there with no changes except the date at the bottom. Which only means one thing; my truck parts are on the line and waiting to start back up.
• WOW!!!! KCAP CLOSE 8/23, then 8/30, then another week 9/6, GOING ON WEEK 4 NOW 9/13,
• FINALLY !!!!! KCAP Opening 9/20 with 2 shifts
• FP; Still in Production 4pm 9/22
• Built 9/22, Shipped to palsapp 9/22
• Waiting in Transit, Ford eta 11/2-11/8/2021

Strange that I had the same 8/25 blend date at KCAP, yet my sequence number is much higher - 5964.

Mine still says "in production 9/23" but has updated to estimated delivery 10/13 to Granger. FP chat says estimated delivery 10/7-10/13 for what its worth

Hi from the 9/27 build week (lurking here to see how things are moving). This is my second build and my first one was sent to purgatory waiting on chips. In my experience, your status won’t change to built if it’s waiting on chips so it seems you are GOOD TO GO! Here’s hoping my 9/28 blend has a speedy build and ship timeline. I’ve only been waiting 9 months since my original order…

What did you modify in your 2nd build that you think got it built?

First order was placed early February and partially built in April. It was eventually built with chips and shipped late July but I had already put in a job 2 order late June. I decided to wait on the job 2 build and get the CCD and scales rather than take the Frankenstein purgatory truck.

This new build is a fully loaded platinum powerboost so it has the most chips possible lol and it’s currently on schedule. I did add adaptive steering which I think helped get it picked up. My first build just was bad timing.

Idk, I stalked 5 or 6 of my dealer’s trucks and they got delivered in 10-12 days. None that I checked were longer than that.
