9/13 Build Week!

I ordered 2 trucks for my business on Apr 22nd, got VIN’s mid July one is Sept2 and one Sept18 build dates. The build dates never showed on the trackers and the window sticker was available 6 days before the scheduled build date. Granted I am in Canada so can’t use the Ford tracker.

I am in Canada too... and the tracker says in order processing still.

Don’t worry guys, been there. My parts (I hope, which looks like because I still have window sticker) just made the line just before shutdown.

• WHO KNOWS; KCAP SHUTTING DOWN FOR A WEEK STARTING 8/23.
• Jeremy at 14:24, Aug 19: It looks like your order was updated on August 16th, it states in production. But the scheduled build day is set to August 23rd.

• (This past Monday 8/23 at 6AM they left for the week and were at sequence 1200. Supposedly they run about 1000 trucks a day when at full capacity)

• 8/27; Ford Production said today, in production
• 9/1; closed for another week which makes a total of 3 Week shutdown as of today. Next start up date is 9/13 now.
• 9/3, I checked my window sticker and it’s still there with no changes except the date at the bottom. Which only means one thing; my truck parts are on the line and waiting to start back up.

I believe it should switch to In Production when you get your window sticker, likely Wednesday or Thursday this week. That is if it’s a Dearborn build, Kansas City and I don’t think you’ll see anything change for awhile.

Who are they laying off from september 13? Its been already 3 weeks that they layed off. This is idiotic, i placed my order in march, was pushed back probably like 10 times already, just fkin build my truck already!!!!!

Well forget I asked, I knew my timing was too good to be true. Moved to Schedule to week of October 18.

WELL, moving onto week 9/20 now, WOW ?. Shutdown going on week number 4. At least I’m showing still in production and had no rescheduled dates since shutdown.
