I think this is the explanation:
2021 model 502a without active prep (blue cruise addition) did not have them, despite coming standard with copilot assist. 501a came with them if you added optional copilot assist. I believe it was an oversight and it has changed to come standard on the 502a for...
My understanding is its smoked glass and not actually tint, so its dark but does nothing for UV protection. I'm not certain there is anything you can do to change that.
I wanted to post an update and give major props to Granger. I ordered in August and picked up my truck from Granger at the end of October. I had an issue with a PCO that had my old address on it in error, therefore it couldn't be honored by Ford. Granger said best they do is appeal so I brought...
3100 miles in and lifetime total is 21.3mpg and that has steadily increased. I've noticed if you take a drive within an hour or so after you just drove it, you'll get a massive increase in mpg. Suspect the engine/battery being warm has a lot to do with it. If you are in a ton of stop and go on...
I do an outdoor workout group at a local park where we may be a little away from the parking lot at times. Obviously want to have my keys on me. I'm always in the general area and not worried about someone taking time to break into the truck, but definitely uncomfortable with leaving the key...
I think the Powerboost engine itself. Its really changed the way I drive for the better. It makes driving a lot more enjoyable. I haven't used cruise often for that reason.
It seems like most folks like it. My regret not getting it is losing out on the front bumper sensors. Other than that, I am just not an adaptive cruise or lane keep guy. I think they are great safety features for people who either get very tired driving or are easily distracted while driving...
Has anyone ever encountered not being able to use a PCO because it's filed under a previous address? I have one now that I plan to use this weekend when I pick up the truck, but apparently it's under the address I lived prior to me moving in March making it invalid. It's odd because the PCO was...
Just seeing if anyone has experienced this before with a PCO. When Granger tried to apply it Ford says it is filed under my old address (moved in March) and therefore not valid. The PCO was sent to me directly in the mail at my new address 2 weeks ago, no evidence of it being forwarded. Also...
I had a dealer outside of Atlanta try to sell me a demo lariat PB for 64k. Gave me the whole video tour and all. I asked to see the window sticker and MSRP was 61k. This was back in August. I now have a truck waiting for me at Granger with an sticker of 63.5, that with all incentives/a lucky...
Hey man. A bird in the hand and what not. Also the incentives are decent right now for 21s with 0% financing. If I was planning on having this truck for a long time I'd take delivery. If it's more of a luxury purchase then waiting is probably fine.
Train he said. But to throw a wrench in that comment, I just chatted again with them a couple hours ago and they said passed by Bensenville IL yesterday. So I'm just going to give up trying to figure it out.
Mine was in KC last week. My window sticker date changed on 10/11 after that so I think it moved. FPC told me it passed Lineville, IA on Tuesday. Granger ETA changed today from 10/7-10/13 to 10/13-10/19.
Not a bad idea if you've got a solid plan for another vehicle. I'm awaiting delivery and hoping to sell my lease on a sedan that runs out in November to a company like vroom. Currently set to profit at least 4K on the lease, which is just insane to think about.
