No Front bumper sensors

Is that a 21 or 22. I've read that the 22s have them without even without active in some builds.

My 2021 501A has front sensors.
I'm pretty positive that it's the 360 camera and/or copilot acive is what gives you front sensors.

It's the 502A package that is in question. According to what we were told, you had to get Copilot Active prep to get the front sensors. Mine only has Copilot Assist and has the sensors. I'm not complaining but was not expecting them.

While patiently awaiting my truck's arrival, I've been perusing the very few in stock trucks at regional dealers and came across one of these anomalies. This is a 502A without Co-Pilot Active and without any type of tow package or 360 camera package. Has four front bumper sensors.

what about a lowly 301a regular cab short bed that has them?

tow technology,360 cameras or 360 co-pilot assist 2.0 one of those items does it.

I think this is the explanation:

2021 model 502a without active prep (blue cruise addition) did not have them, despite coming standard with copilot assist. 501a came with them if you added optional copilot assist. I believe it was an oversight and it has changed to come standard on the 502a for 2022 model.

I don't have them on my truck (2021 501a, did not get copilot assist), but do have the 360 camera. Five months in and I'm not sure I encountered a scenario where I really wish I had them, despite regretting it while waiting for my build.

My 2021 502A Lariat doesn't have the sensors. I was at the dealer yesterday, and they had a 2022 there like mine with front sensors.(both optioned with Co-pilot assist 2.0, and no 360 cameras).
Seems like the co-pilot assist adds them for 22? Would be nice to have them for parking.

I know on my truck, the co-pilot 360 is what got me my front sensors. On a 302A XLT none the less.

Costs about $500 if you have the dealer aftermarket crew install the Rostra front parking sensor kit. I had it installed on my truck. Works great! You get a little display that can be mounted most anywhere. They mounted mine right on the bottom of my instrument cluster. Almost looks factory.

I believe that they are on constraint right now. Or put another way, "Parking Assist" is removed from the trucks regardless of how dolled up they are. Ford issues a $385 credit for removing it.

For my soon to arrive KingRanch, the only impact I can think of is I have to hit the camera button rather than it popping itself on as I approach an object.

Does anyone know why a 2021 Lariat 502A pkg. doesn't have parking sensors in the front bumper, like the rear does?
My 44k 2019 Ranger Lariat had them, But my 68k 2021 F150 Lariat does Not.... why?

I was going to ask the same thing. I have a 2021 Lariat with the powerboost pretty decked out with the same package you have and no front sensors.

502a trucks with co pilot assist don't get them. Only trucks with co pilot active prep pkg.

What’s the difference if i May ask? Also while on the note. Inside the cab. Is that a camera above the mirror that is facing me?
