Just joining the convo the vent - feel free to talk me off the ledge, but it’s not necessary.

vehicle prices are softening. I ordered from Granger because of their amazing pricing. But with prices softening…. Grangers prices aren’t as attractive (they still are, just not as much when you consider these delays).

Im I’m love with the Tremor trim, but I just did another search online and there are TONS of Silverado’s on the lot near me, all prices below MSRP. Also worth mentioning, Chevys pricing is all around lower than Ford.

Im heavily debating to go pick one up this weekend. While the trucks are apples and oranges (Tremor vs LTZ), I can save my pocket book over $10k even with forfeiting my deposit.

I would check before you do that. I was just told by a three different co-workers who purchased GMC and Chevy trucks in the last 2 to 3 weeks. They said Chevy is selling the trucks with missing modules. They are telling people they will install them "when they arrive" with no idea when that will happen.

I honestly would prefer that over the forced-delete and fields of incomplete trucks. If Chevy or Toyota had a PowerBoost equiv, I would have given up a long time ago.

Not sure about you guys but if I ran my business the way ford does, I would have gone belly up on day one 5 minutes after unlocking the door. This is the response I received from Ford Corporate - after a 5 month wait with no end in sight and absolutely no communication or resolution from Ford.

I have a friend who is the GM for a local Chevy dealer. His biggest concern right now is all the missing modules (like heated seats) and how GM is not following up with delivering those modules.

Dealership ETA is 9/17 - 9/23. I hope I'll have some sort of update by then. No way I'll have the truck by 9/23.

I'm in the 8/15 build week however I received the same date range from Granger yesterday.

What's interesting is as of Wednesday I have 1750+ modules, last week I had 95x modules. I DID have FordPass access so I know there were moving my truck around this week. Yesterday I lost FordPass access because they did a master reset.

Looks like our week is being neglected. Build weeks and orders after ours are being built. We must be parked in the very back of a lot. I really hate you Ford.

Well I just checked my modules this morning and now have 720's. Total number of modules lines went up to 1817 from 1789. Currently still in production status, but hopefully this is a good sign for us. It's forward progress so I'll take it.
