Seems like the xlt's and EB in our group are built and have 720. PB's don't have yet. Trying to figure out how Ford does things hurts my head.

I was thinking this too, then one of the 8/15 guys got 720s in his Platinum PB.
Who knows how Ford is doing this??

I was looking on the modules page and noticed that I have a teartag number but I didn’t receive the teartag in an email. Does this mean anything? I still don’t have 720 modules.

I never received an email regarding tear tag. I just see it on the ford Motorcraft page is all.

Chat, calls & dealership all say same thing. 8/31-9/6. None say they see holds or anything missing. The tracker and module page have been acting up though. Definitely missing 720. Wonder how long from blend date do they tell you a chip hold.

Same story from chat, calls & dealership, produced secondary status, 9/4-9/10 delivery, No 720 modules, No chip hold and tracker showing stilling in production? I guess Ford thinks we can't handle the truth!!

That's the most frustrating part. They can update us on the things they can control. If they would be up front and honest people would understand more.

This is the week ALL of our trucks begin shipping to their new homes; well, at least that's what I am hoping. It has been a long arduous process to say the least.

Hang in there. It seemed everyone else in the build week had received modules except me and then one morning, bam, there they were. I just hope no one gets put on hold.

Hey everyone! I have a SuperCrew PB Lariat 502A 7.2kw (no accessories). Blend Date 8/12/22. In Prod date says 8/13/22 on Ford site. Last week Ford chat stated Delivery ETA was 8/25/22. Vehicle still shows In production though which sounds like most of you as well. I have a Tear Tag, but no 720s. They just told me, via chat again, Dealership ETA between 8/21 and 8/27 (Kalamazoo, MI) still with no delay information seen on the order (i.e. I assume that means no Chip issues?). Last week I checked with my dealer, they didn't show any status yet. Going to check back in with them today probably. Anything of interest I am missing to share? Also, how do I make a signature box to include the truck details like many of you have done? That seems really helpful when reading through comments in context.

Here is the signature space! And you can copy and paste from any of our signatures to add your own. Tear tag is a good sign, and the delivery windows are all over the place. I got the email saying my truck was getting ready for shipping with an ETA of the 17th. I checked over the weekend with ford chat and they said my truck was now scheduled to be delivered by the week of the 25th. Confirmed with my dealership that it would be delivered by the week of the 25th as well. It showed up the next day on Tuesday the 16th, took delivery on Wednesday the 17th.
