Same thing, "not available yet". To thicken the plot, I spoke with customer service yesterday who told me my truck was complete awaiting shipment. This morning i received the "we're sorry" email and can no longer see my window sticker.

Yes, up to yesterday afternoon everything was pretty similar to everyone else. In production, could see my window sticker, had modules except the 720 like everyone else, customer service told me I had a ship date of 8.25 to 8.29. This morning I received the "we're sorry" and it seems like my truck has fallen off the planet.

Dude! Me too!!! I see 724-726 just at a glance. I'm gonna turn into a drunk on this Rollercoaster ride. Bad news and good news are always appropriate for a drink IMO.

Anyone else just get an email from Ford stating there's a supply chain issue and now it's being delayed? Good news is they said they'd check back in with me in about 45 days ?

Form letter. They send out to everyone that has not received their vehicle.

They dont mean anything.

I just contacted FORD Marketing HQ CSR and spoke with "Shelby" to inquire about "The Letter" and about the true status of my order:

Status: In Production

• Verbal Report: Truck was Produced/BUILT (term “Produced” is synonymous with “Built”)

• New ETA given: 9/2/2022

• Record shows NO [exception] notes i.e., No Chip Hold (which, if was the case would show up under notes)

Likely received the e-mail because:

• There was a Pushback of ETA date

• Truck has not yet Moved to/for transit (to a Built/In-Transit status) which will trigger status of BUILT (date) in Tracking Update

NOTE: Shelby agreed with my anecdotal reports of the average minimum transit time being at least One Month

Shelby was very articulate and convincing. I feel better [for] now. She and Chat CSR (8/13) are in synch with info and more believable/plausible than that canned email.

Called today and was basically told the same thing. I was told no chip hold. I mentioned the missing 720 modules reflected by the Ford Motorcraft service info site. The operator had no idea. Chat, phone call and my Sales Manager all confirm a 04-10 Sept delivery. I am skeptical. It is 19 August and my truck is still in Dearborn possibly missing parts.

My dealer said that “the arrival ETA is still the same but it says processed. Until it says in transit then nothing will surprise me.” Ford chat also said the same thing no hold, no date change. 9-1 thru 9-7.

My brother runs the dealer we’re I purchased it. This is what they know. He thinks it’s got a scheduled delivery. I don’t think so. But this is what the dealer sees

Ford tells them about the same as us. So when you contact ford this is what they are telling you.
Edit: notice it says produced. Still missing modules though. Gives a ETA. Think that’s the ETA when it will be done being produced. He’s been with a Ford dealer for over 20 years. I think that everybody doesn’t get communications from Ford. But it is what it is. I’m a Ford guy. That’s all I have ever owned. My parents use to own a Chevy dealer. I drove a Ford into that Chevy dealer. So I will wait till I get that truck. Not much else I can do

i also chatted with Ford 8/19 they told me it to be delivered 8/22. I spoke to my sales person 8/15 he sent me an email showing me the truck was on chip hold. I have my 720 modules.
