24E04 PCM Update Issues

Has anyone noticed any issues after this update?
Should it have required a full system reset?
Would any other update get installed at the same time?
My transmission is acting like it is in learning mode, some "rough" uplifts and downshifts similar to sport mode.
The following day I started getting the signs of a bad battery.

PCM updates can wipe the learning tables clean, so yea, it is very possible your truck will have to get used to your driving habits again.

I do not know if it is related or not, but I find it strange that after this update, I started having issues.
Before the update, 20k miles and 2 years of trouble free ownership.
After the update, truck started showing signs of a bad battery.
Changed battery, no more issues.
Today, I received a Power Train 4x4 Awd failure note via the app. The truck seems to run fine, but it will not go into electric mode.
Anyone know how serious this may be? I am trying to determine whether I bring it to a local dealer or take it back to the purchasing dealer an hour away.
