I'm looking for winter tires for next season. My PB has 18's ( 275/65R18 ) but I have the Sport Appearance Package.
Looking for a set of additional wheels for the winter tires. I know the 17's fit if you don't have Max Tow, which I do not have.
My concern is that the OEM 17s ( 265/70R17 ) seem to have come with Pirelli tires that do not have as high a load capacity as the Goodyears that came on my 18" Powerboost. I think I've heard that the Powerboost has some changes to the frame as well, so I wonder if the Powerboost has higher load capacity requirements than non-PB models. I know the 17's were standard on XLT 4x4 but I cannot recall if optioning the Powerboost automatically forced you into 18's or 20's for 2023.
If the Powerboost came with OEM 17's, then I'm not so concerned. But if all Powerboost have at least 18" + then maybe I need to stick with 18's for the winter tires.
Anyone have a PB that came with the 17" factory wheels?

Never paid attention in my cars. Seems a lot easier to exceed ratings in a pickup, or run underinflated if you don't pay attention.
