Yep it happened to me, also find the right dealership if you can even if not close, went from a six week wait at one dealership to a week fix at the one I will using for now on.

I don’t know about about the 2024 PB but you can add remote start if it comes with perimeter start and you upgrade it as I did on my 2023 PB maybe. It came with jumpers in the kit Or maybe the dealer can do it for you If you have the full alarm package.

I had the same problem took it in to dealership and they replaced module & 7 pin connector and it stilled continued to fault they then got with Ford Tech for software issues and here is the attached file on the fix, been good since 1/09/2024.

You are not alone My trailer brake fault have been a problem since 6.1 update and is now at a second Dealership with a Ford Tech Helping to resolve it but nothing of yet since January 2nd will post if and when I get it resolved.
