2026 On Board Scales

Ordering a 2026 Platinum -- can't find an option for on board scales and smart hitch -- has than feature been discontinued?

I believe they discontinued it in 2025 and forward. I thought my truck had it (2025 KR) but it does not, was disappointed.

I ended up buying a weight safe hitch. Really nice piece of hardware, but wish I didn’t have to spend the money to know what my tongue weight was.

My 2024 Platinum didn’t have it listed on the Ford site when I was looking. I asked dealer and they were able to add it to my build. Asked why it wasn’t there, they didn’t know why.

I ordered a King Ranch in April of 2024, and it was standard on the KR then. But when they went to Order 2 in July, they took it off and offered it as an option. Yet Ford didn't lower the price of the truck! My truck wasn't built until September., but I was able to get my dealer to reduce the price since I showed them when I ordered the truck it was listed as standard. Thankfully I took screen shots of all the things that were offered as standard on the truck from the Ford web site.

It's an option I get a lot of use out of. I've been on the 2026 Ford F150 order web site and the scales aren't listed in any of the packages. My guess is they're out for 2026 but I plat to talk to a dealer tomorrow and then Ford Marketing and Sales.
