Interesting, I went to check the truck this morning and everything worked as normal. Volume control worked as it should, maybe the OTA update needed to reboot Which occurred overnight?
Have to love these software driven issues, hard to track down core causes.
Thanks all for the information, my ’25 King Ranch did the same thing last night drove to dinner, radio was fine, came out and the radio volume was stuck on “0“ just like to OP in this thread. I had the OTA update showing on the screen as being successfully completed… cleared that screen and...
I believe they discontinued it in 2025 and forward. I thought my truck had it (2025 KR) but it does not, was disappointed.
I ended up buying a weight safe hitch. Really nice piece of hardware, but wish I didn’t have to spend the money to know what my tongue weight was.
Appreciate the feedback, I was in tow haul mode, picture below is not the highest temp reached but shows the trucks read-out.
I have been watching the temps in normal driving and this truck does not get to temp and stay there but “hunts” from the 190’s to the 220’s all the time goes up under...
First time towing with this new rig. 2025 F150 KR 5.5bed FX4 with tow/haul package and 3.73 electronic locker and 7,400# GVWR package. Towing a 2 horse slant load Sundowner horse trailer. The trailer dry weights about 3,000 pounds, was hauling about 1,000 pounds of hay and it has 500 pounds...

Integrated into the existing screen would be great, keeping things clean and simple.
When you are towing a trailer, what do you want to monitor and why?
Seeing behind the trailer...
Not sure if you’re still looking for a shop, but I have had great luck with Denver Auto Shield. They have done a couple cars for me. Not the cheapest in town, but excellent service.
Another Husky install on a white King Ranch, did it for the looks / not seeing the white box. Easy install, great fit.
Agree these should be standard equipment in these trucks!
