2024 Powerboost - Brake click and clanging sound

I’ve read some threads about a click but haven’t seen anyone post a video so wasn’t sure what their “click” was. This sound is loud and coming from underside and in engine bay.

occurs when parked and louder when driving to brake. Light pressure sounds like metal hitting something.

Dealership originally said it was normal, but could not reproduce it on other trucks for me. Master tech then went on a ride along and wasn’t sure. Said Ford doesn’t give them much info on the braking system…

Yep same sound. Never had it for 10K miles and then it just started.

one person already said the dealer changed out the booster and that did not fix it.

My 23 Powerboost has the brake click. Going by memory it occurs above 16mph. Does not occur below it.

Had the dealer check it last year and we took another powerboost off the lot for a spin. Exact same click at 16mph+

Its a little annoying but being "normal" I've just learned to kinda ignore it.

It’s too loud to ignore for me. I’ll eventually get rid of the truck if this is considered normal. It happens no matter what the speed or if the truck is off and parked.

Some days i barely notice it then some days it is quite loud. I've fix most of the other noises of the truck and this is really my last annoying one.
