I have the OEM bed lighting package on my truck. Is there a switch in the pickup bed somewhere to turn them on, or can one be added?

My 2024 has the button in the bed on the left side next to the light.

Hmmn. Mine has a spot on the bedliner where you would think a rubber button would be but it just feels like a rubber plug with nothing underneath it. I wonder if the switch is installed in the bed behind the bedliner instead of where it should be? I know my lights are installed into the bed but the bedliner is open so they stick out through there.

I'll try and get a pic up later today. Thats where I have a plug in the bedliner but I can definitely feel no switch beneath it.

If you have the OEM bed lights then the switch will be under that plug. You might have to cut the drop in liner to get to it or remove the plug covering the hole.

Thank you! I haven't had a chance to take a photo or try and remove the plug. Can the switch be relocated to the bedliner, or is it not worth the hassle?

I would not go through what it takes to move the switch...plus the wires may rub and short out.

Just an update, found the switch in the bed, behind the plug in the bedliner. Removed that plug and problem solved, I can access the switch through that cutout.
