Has anyone had the fixed panel of the vista roof constantly creak when driving around local roads at lower speeds? I applied a lubricant around the piece of rubber surrounding the glass from the outside but that has made no difference. Thanks.

Did you thoroughly clean the rubber gasket prior to applying the lubricant. At least once a year I wipe mine down all around with a cloth and rubbing alcohol to remove all the grime, apply a coat of wax to the painted surfaces where the gasket contacts and lubricate the gasket. Seems to keep it running smooth and quiet.

In my case, it’s definitely the back fixed panel glass. Maybe I didn’t get down deep enough with the lubricant?

My rattle stops if I push up on the drip trim strip in between the two panels. Not sure what is causing the rattle. I had the trim strip replaced when I took it to the dealership for the rattle. I think it is worse now.

I know on my 2018 F150 with the pano roof, it had a very annoying rattle. I cleaned the seal completely around the twin panel roof with rubbing alcohol, and then applied Krytox GPL 205 grease around the entire sealing area. I made sure to get the grease all the way to the bottom of the seal so that when it contacted the roof structure, it was lubricated. Zero noise after doing that. On my 2021 F150 with the same roof, it never made a peep, so I never had to do the same thing.
