Just replaced my 2016 3.5 EcoBoost 502A Lariat with a 2024 King Ranch 5.5' Ecoboost.
I've had it for 3 days and have put ~1k miles on it (had to go on a 700 mile business trip).
The ride sticks out to me as being harsher vs my 2016 Lariat. I never recall thinking that my 2016 felt harsh. I immediately had that impression in the 24 KR within a few minutes of driving off the dealer lot.
I'm surprised this is the case because my understanding is my truck has the CCD suspension (see attached photos).
Some questions:
Maybe it's all just in my head too -- I've been driving around my Wife's Q7 with air suspenion a lot the past few months. Maybe I've just gone soft
Thank you for everyone's input!

Some questions:
- my windows sticker lists "Less onboard scale/smart hitch". Does CCD require the scale to function? Could this mean that my CCD is disabled despite being installed?
- Will the suspension "wear in" any further after 1,000 miles? Do I just need to give it some more time?
- anything else that could be going on here?
- What options do I have to soften the ride?
