I've searched the forums and do not see anything about this so...

I have a recently purchased '24 F150 XLT SuperCrew (303A package).

As far as I can tell, there is no way to set or display the date on the screen. According to the manual on page 621, the instructions are for the clock settings only:
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
SETTING THE CLOCK AND DATE <-------------------------- Huh?
1. Press Settings on the touchscreen.
2. Press Clock Settings.
3. Set the time.
Note: The AM and PM options are not available if 24-hour mode is on.

Switching Automatic Time
Updates On and Off
1. Press Settings on the touchscreen.
2. Press Clock Settings.
3. Switch Auto Time Update on or off.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Every F150 I've owned had the ability to set the time AND date. Is this something new (last truck was a '13)

This is SYNC4 btw, if that makes any difference. Thinking about bringing it back to the dealer and see what they say.

OK, so lets' put this another way.

If you have a '24 F150, can you set the date on your truck?

If so, where in Settings did you find the date setting?

Do you have your modem working? I was under the assumption the truck did that itself if the modem is hooked up. I don't know that I've ever touched mine. And mine I don't think even has a place to display the date.

Yes, modem in on and working. Agree on the date although there's plenty of room on the display for a date display next to the time. Heading up to the dealer today to get a rock guard so I hope to have a definitive answer later.

I believe that these time problems are normally caused by a defective flux capacitor . . .

Turkey and ALL the fixings got in the way of a response but I did get up to the dealer Wednesday to pick up a low profile rock guard. The best part of that?

The parts guy asked if I had bought my truck there.
Me - 'yes'.
Him - 'we need to check your points then'.
The cashier - 'I can look that up. What's your email?' Gave it.
Cashier - 'Oh, you have way more than enough points for this'.
Cashier - Here's the paperwork/receipt'.

A free rock guard. Would have been $95 + tax. Dang...

I was so excited about that, I completely forgot about the date issue!! LOL

Have to go back up that way (20 miles) within the next few days so will definitely stop by the dealer and hope to get an definitive answer.
