Bought new in october, here in Mn, temps were 15-40 degrees. Noticed right away that cab cools off with heater on when slowing down, usually after decelerating from freeway speed, like when exiting toward a stop light from the freeway, although happens around town between stops as well. Seems like more noticeable at legs area. really noticeable when 20 degrees or colder, but is not intermittent. Thought at 1st that the blower speed was slowing down, took it to the dealer, they had it for 6 days & said they couldnt do anything due to couldnt duplicate the problem although i took the service manager for a test drive to demonstrate, was 30-40 degrees. He said he would contact Ford Tech Support but at the end said he didnt cause they couldnt duplicate the problem. im sure im not the only one experiencing the problem. Has auto hvac system, doesnt matter if in engine start stop mode. any help would be appreciated.
