2024 f150 XL IWE delete

Im trying to look up IWE delete for 24+. Every video I seen so far, IWE has only a vacuum line. Mine has a vacuum line and a electric wire. Has anyone done a IWE delete on a 2024+?

What is IWE?

Iwe = integrated wheel end
Its what locks the front wheels to the differential so you have 4 wheel dive when you select it. Without it the transfer case will spin the front diff but the front wheels will not turn. It's used to improve efficiency by reducing driveline drag.

As for the original question asked ford eliminated vacuum acuated IWEs back in 2021 they now use eIWEs known as electronic integrated wheel ends. The hose if for venting. As for deleting them i dont think i have seen anyone delete them on the fourm so I am no help there.

Why would someone want to delete the IWE, just dont run in 4x4 and its good as deleted.

I've replaced the eIWEs in my 21 already. They don't seem to be much better.

There is no vacuum line
There is a vent line

why would you want to remove these? It would increase drag, increase component wear, reduce fuel economy, increase tire wear.

Help me understand what you’re trying to gain
