Crazy fast! The guy seemed a little nonchalant when he opened the door the first time and then closed it around the 3 minute mark. He comes back a minute later with nothing in hand and just opens up the back door. Who knows what happened. Appears to be in Alabama based on the firefighter's shirt.

Yeah, leaving the door open didn't help slow the spread much... I'm no fire expert, but it also seems like the paint on the door was on fire at some point? It got hot enough to melt it and the roof right off though.

Well, I bet it got rid of the awful musty smell coming from the vents.

Right! I'm guessing that was the result of the wiring melting. Did you catch the wiper blades coming on while they were spraying it with water?!

Would be interesting to know if this fire was lithium battery related . . . my first thought was I wonder if the truck at a PowerBoost in it?

That is one tough hood latch. Took the firemen awhile to get the hood open.

It doesn't look to have the secondary cooling reservoir for PB and doesn't have the badge(could be debadged). My wager is not PB.

I'm just amazed that latch took that long to get past and required Johny Bravo. Gonna have to start storing my valuables in the engine bay!

No PB badge ?

He probably couldn’t make the payment and bought the security camera for the insurance payout.

that'll buff out........ Too bad the fireman tore up some parts destined for fleabay.
Was he parked intentionally for the camera? My driveway has tracks in the weeds where I park. different in the south?

HA! Here let me open the door and leave it open to help that fire spread more before anyone gets here.

He was probably hoping that little dog did not alert anyone.

I'm with @Samson16, looks like it was intentional, at least not putting it out...
Opening both rear doors to help airflow and not doing ANYTHING to suppress the fire? Even if you don't have a hose, ya grab a bucket of water or 12 from the kitchen.
I'm guessing a few things here, couldn't afford and would lose money if he surrendered... Ex GF truck, pissed off... Needed a payout quick and JG Wentworth couldn't get him cash fast enough...
