2022 XL Bed lighting Installation Question

So I have a 2022 XL and it currently has no bed lighting which Im finding I could do with. Now does anyone know if the XL will have the cables in place already? Or would cables / harness need to be purchased and ran? Noted that some of the lighting kits come with just the lights and some with the harness as well. Just wondering which Id need to buy?

It takes about 30 seconds to look under the back corners to see if they are there. This is the video I found when I did mine in my 23 XL

The XL's usually only comes with bed lights on roof. I added LEDs, adds alot more light. But you would probably need to add an aftermarket light setup. Not sure the XLs have the wiring back there.

I just checked my 2022 XL RCSB and the wiring is there. I am about to order the stuff to do this.

Yeah my hard cover more or less covers that light when folded up so its not much use...oversight on my behalf thats for sure, will order a soft roller cover next time
