2022 F150s Ordered in March

We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Today, we wanted to give you an update on the status of your F-150 Platinum order.
Unfortunately, continued supply chain issues are slowing things down. We’re working diligently to try and reduce these delays.
Now here’s our promise to you. We know that waiting for delivery of your Ford is far less fun than actually driving it. So, we commit to updating you as soon as we can, at least once every 45 days regarding your vehicle’s production schedule status. No matter what.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Anybody else get this today. Update every 6.5 weeks. Really????

Nope I have not gotten a thing since my order was confirmed on March 6th..

Mine email just came this morning. So every 45 days to get communication I guess is better than once every 16 weeks.

I got that email on Friday. The wait continues. I'm guessing my priority 10 and tech stuff like 360 degree cameras is not helping my case.

I haven't gotten this email? I do have a VIN and a Schedule date maybe I'll have my truck within 45 days!! BAHAHAHA I wouldnt bet on it.

Late in getting my info on this post but so far I've been extremely lucky, even with a chip hold adding time.

Finally got my production schedule for August 8 (Ordered March 8) and VIN. Checked the accessories and options and noticed navigation and tow mirrors missing.

Read through some previous posts and there was some conversations around options "removed." Is this a thing where Ford is removing options on our orders?

I sent an email to my dealer to inquire. I can do without navigation but NOT the tow mirrors. The generated image of my truck still shows the tow mirrors, though.

My truck does not show the Tow mirrors either and Ive also emailed my dealership. My build week is 7/18 so I'm hoping to get the window sticker soon.

I'll let you know when I hear back from the dealer. Can't imagine there are chips with the mirrors, though I know they have cameras and such now.

I heard back from my salesman at his end my Tow mirrors are still showing to be part of the build, hopefully you will here the same thing.

When I got my production email it wasn’t an extensive list of all my options. I was told that those emails hit the highlights and don’t show everything. If you do the Ford tracker with your VIN and order number that page should have an extensive list of all your options and anything removed

My build was delayed because they removed the 360 cameras and Tow Technology options from my order, back in March they removed the spray in bedliner and a week later the Start/Stop technology (which was fine). I'm keeping my fingers crossed for my build to remain on the 7/18 week.

Thanks everyone for the input (and encouragement). I haven't heard back from my dealer yet but did read the fine print under "Disclosures" and note the following:

Based on your input, Dennis, most likely my tow mirrors are there, just not listed. BTW, sounds like they really removed a lot of tech from your order. As of now, it appears only the navigation is removed from mine and I'm fine with that because I can run it through my phone via apple car play.
