2021 XLT 18 speaker B&O system - drop in upgrade for sub?

I'm kinda shocked at how small this subwoofer is for an '18 SPEAKER B&O SYSTEM'. Figured it'd be more. Kind surprised as how small the wires are going into this thing. Not much power is moving over those wires. I am curious if there are any drop in replacements for this? Does the Lariat subwoofer fit in this space and will the harnesses just work?

Thoughts on this Ford Kicker item? (NOPE! edit - messaged the EBay user dealer with my VIN - this won't work in my truck)

BTW, if you're not familiar - here's a video on how to release the backrest of the back seat on the driver's side. Never had to do this before and this dude's video helped.

This harness will plug in at the factory subwoofer (not the green plug) and allow you to run a new amplifier:

Once you remove the factory subwoofer, you will want to block off the hole on the rear wall:

Simple install, pre-tuned to your truck. No ForSCAN, no OBD, etc to change. The package needs (included) power + ground, mount factory amplifier to our rack, install bass knob and plug everything in.

I like that this uses the stock location too... blends in. My truck is pretty stock looking from the outside. I don't want anyone to see incentive to break in.

When you remove the subwoofer from the enclosure and unplug it, that's where our connection happens.

So the plus system looks up my alley. I’m not displeased with the B&O unleashed, but I do feel that there is still a leash. Is this package mainly the amp and sub with sound deadening?
