I have a 2021 2.7l and have been looking into a tuner. I have not been able to find anyone who has a tuner on a 21+. Just trying to hear from someone who has a tuner on one and what they have, honest reviews

There's probably more lack of response because only the 21/22 models can be tuned. I would also assume anyone that wants more power would already have the 3.5 over the 2.7 as well. I have a 23 2.7 and both Livernois/5Star told me the only way to tune is to completely replace my ECM. I would assume the same for the 24 models. I'd love to have my 2.7 tuned, but for now I just have the JB4 piggyback.
I'd go with Livernois if I could.

Yes so from what I understand your correct the 2023+ need a new ecm to tune… out of curiosity why would you choose livernois?…. I do kind of regret not buying the 3.5 for the occasional towing

Stupid to tune it. Get the 5.0. This is a econ motor. Bet it blows soon.

The 2.7 is likely the most reliable out of the choices on the F-150. Built from the same material as a diesel engine. Some people will never leave the mindset that a truck doesn't need a V8 for every application.

I'd prefer to get the 3.5L next time as well. This is a fleet vehicle for me, so hopefully next order I can get it.
There's really only a few options for tuning and Livernois seemed to be the most popular along with 5Star.

2.7 has the most over built block out of any of the ford engines. Even the dreaded wet belt ford them says can handle 1k HP in a 5.0 and there's people already pushing past that by a large margin.

I've had a Livernois tune on my '21 Super Crew 2wd 2.7 truck since October of '22. Haven't dyno'd the truck, but it ran 9.0 @ 80mph in the 1/8th mile a few years ago when I initially put the tune on (Stock it did 9.4 @ 77). I tuned it around 6k miles. It now has right at 30k. No problems or issues. I initially got a tune to try and fix how terrible the trans shifts. I finally got a resolution in that regard by using Forscan to clear the adaptive learning tables and command it to stop referencing them as well.
