Not only that, Ford NEEDS the cursed PBs back because doing autopsies on them is the only way that they're going to be able to reliably diagnose and fix the problem in the future. There should be a warehouse in Michigan full of cursed PBs in various states of disassembly with techs looking for the common fault(s).
My 2021 f150 is a rolling ADVERTISEMENT to never buy a FORD product again, the outright CALLOUSNESS of the Executives of FORD and FORD Canada is not respond in a semi positive manner, to fix my truck is totally ``egregious !!!!!!!

^ that makes so much sense.
(responding 2 posts up)
At least leverage the buyback to improve the product.

I may be wrong, but I am beginning to think that Ford is possibly using my truck as a “rolling lab” at my expense. Every startup, it connects and feeds them data, every OTA they push truck acts up some more and different way. How are they ever going to pay a staff member to do what I am doing at no charge to them

Another update: The day after we took our vehicle to Barrie Ford to pursue the Ford Experience Team's suggestion to purchase a new truck, we have a litany of new, documented issues:
  • the floor boards extend when the truck is in motion and retract when stopped
  • maps app will not load
  • running boards will not retract when locking truck
  • truck turned on high beams during the day - could not be turned off
  • infotainment screen was showing half day mode / half night mode
  • PowerPro Onboard was cycling on and off with no user control or input
  • Tailgate beeping sporadically
  • Infotainment screen flashing on and off intermittently
To cap it off, Barrie Ford is REFUSING to accept a service appointment to address theses issues. They will only address issues "that produce a code" and that they can replicate on command. I called the Ford Experience Team today to discuss our exasperation with the situation and we are expecting a follow up later in the day.

Here's a link to Barrie Ford in hopes that this thread pops up in some Google searches: https://www.barrieford.com

Similarly, here is the dealer from whom we purchased the vehicle: https://www.southlakeford.com. Remember that Ford Canada themselves told us to get our vehicle out of the service department at Southlake.

The drama continues. :(

My experience, in the world of submarines, says there's one or more (likely more) plugs/connectors that is/are loose. You might see if you can entice the dealer to have a tech go around and seat/reseat every plug in the truck. I learned in the world of electronics on ships that when you get intermittent "gremlins" it is likely a plug or connector of some kind that is loose and making intermittent contact with the truck's motion over bumps...
I agree on the checking connectors part and would take it a step further, have them check the pin connectors. I had a busted pin in a connector that caused all sorts of issues.

Busted pin... Yep, if the assembly line tech was in a hurry, he might have bent one pin, or more pins, over. That would produce the multiple different symptoms you're seeing...
