@svtzx2 Mark, check here:
If DRLCF is disabled, enable it and then check on your SYNC screen: Settings>Vehicle>Lighting to see if there is now a "Daytime Running Lamps" switch. If so, turn it off and see if the DRLs do turn off. If they don't, some more configuration may be required.
