I require a little help. I changed my tires and now I am reading 100kph but actual is 98kph. The tire is 265/70R18 which is a 32.6 inch dia or 102.4 inch circumference or 2601 mm. Does this work out to 726-15-01 xxxx xxxx 1A-- & 726-15-02 01xx xx--. Would this be what I need to enter?

Reason I am asking is mine now is 726-15-01 xxxx xxxx 09-- and 726-15-02 D5xx xx--. I read that as 09213 mm converts to 362 inches or over 30 ft. What am I missing?

Just change the easy mode mm value to make it easy, in your case which is super simple, a 2% decrease so use 2549 and see what that does. Every tire and truck is going to be different so will take some trial and error to get it fully dialed in if that's what you're after.

The .967 multiplier is needed because rolling circumference is less than tire circumference as tire squishes down.

Keep in mind that OEMs typically overstate speed a hair. I've seen this in just about every vehicle. That doesn't mean however that mileage is tracking the same. Since mileage and speed come from the same variable, making the speedo 100% true could under count mileage by whatever offset it required to match GPS. Then the question is if whatever GPS device you're using is dead accurate. I've seen 2 different apps on 2 different phones display different 10ths of a MPH in the same vehicle ?‍♂

I understand your statement. I have noticed with the cruse set at 100kph I am being passed by an unusually amount of vehicles. Which the wife notices as well and I get the "Why are you going so slow remark". ? I use the app "Speed O Meter" on my phone and have found it to be real close to my speedometer and the radar speed signs on the side of the road as well as other traffic.

On my Powerboost the Speed PID in the truck indicates a slower speed than the speedometer on the dash.

Interestingly, Bluecruise is limited to 80mph by code, and yet I can lock it in at 81mph indicted (on speedometer).
Since the speed PID is at a fraction below 80mph still, that would indicate the limit-code is not using the dashboard speed.
At 82 indicated, the PID finally exceeds 80. It's 80.xx, and Bluecruise disables.

On I-10 between San Antonio and Houston, I need a hack to increase the Bluecruise limit about 2-3mph to match the flow of traffic. :)

Is there an address for eliminating the time delay that exists when closing a door to being able to lock it by pressing the button on the door handle? This is a pet peeve of mine; a quick run through of the the DDM/PDM spreadsheet didn’t reveal anything obvious.

Yes this please. I just thought it wasn't working right. I just give up and walk away and dig the fob out of pocket and hit lock. It does work just have to stand there and wait. The wife's Lexus I jump out swipe finger and it locks instantly.

I move slow enough that I can live with the delay. But I have on occasion been ahead of the delay.
The Mach-E doesn't have door handles, but does have a touch-lock button in the B & C pillars. It too seems to have a slight delay if you are in a rush.

I wonder how similar the code is?

I know it’s not necessarily an answer to that question, but using the keypad to lock it works immediately after jumping out.
Yep, learning the keypad shortcuts was the best thing I ever did, couldn't live without it now. Went from never using it to use it every day.

Same. I hop out and push the bottom 2 buttons simultaneously and walk away. I find that button on the handle clunky.

Indeed. That's been in fords for over 2 decades now. 7/8 9/0 buttons together = instant lock.

I played with the factory handle lock button a couple times but found it cumbersome and defaulted to keypad locking. The hand is right there when closing the door so it's a given

are these in the owners manual? i know about the lock (bottom two buttons) but i've been told you can release the tail gate and honestly have never looked into it. i usually unlock the truck open the door and hit the button or just open it.
