2 to 3 Wire Trailer Lighting Converter

I'm going to install some LED trailer lights using the 7-pin connector on my 2022 F150 Lariat. The LED's have separate wires for Tail, Brake, Blinker, and Backup lights. The 7-pin uses combined stop / turn wiring.

Anyone have schematics for a DIY converter? How about a recommended converter? I see a few on Amazon for about $18 and up.

Any on Amazon or local auto parts store would work. Probably cost more to buy the AND/OR gates to make one.
