I never got a single email from Ford on either my MY21 order that never got built or the MY22 order I'll be taking

As others say, it's obvious the Ford email notification system has a long way to go.

Yes, weeks after my order was placed I asked my dealer to add my email to my order and I got a Ford email within hours.

It's not COVP. I asked about that, and they gave me the confirmation. Ford marketing also confirmed.

From what Granger has posted, there's a different spot on the order site to enter the customer email that many dealers miss. But even then, the emails don't come through 100% of the time (like with me)

nothing shows in palsapp for my vin 1FTFW1ED7NFA47668. I'm just going off the ford emails at this point plus all of you awesome people in these threads. Reading posts are keeping me sane while the trackers are all broken.

I have modules and Ford email stated it shipped. But nothing shows on palsapp at all. It can't find my vin. Anyone have their truck "shipped" but not showing up at all?

Similiar for me....call the 800.334.4375, dont say anything or push any buttons in the phone tree...wait to speak to someone....have your info ready, they will want your vin or part of it..... if it shows it was shipped, they should know your dealer eta...then tell to fix their darn tootin trackers!!

They upgraded me to Jan 6th

Apparently I have a $3,500 PCO that expires 1/3. Unsure if that's the model conversion or a duplicate one; at my dealer checking numbers to see if I have to "buy it" before it hits the lot.
