12/13 Build Week

I've got both a Ford Tracker link bookmarked like you do (with the VIN included) and one where I need to enter the VIN myself. Neither work for me.

Where I enter the VIN and Order # myself I get a popup:

When I use the URL where the VIN is already stored, the screen acts like it's loading, and then refreshes back to the data entry screen again. Does the same in Chrome and Edge for both conditions.

It may possibly be because of our build dates 12/13 vs 12/18. I still go back to the Sylvester programmer thing though...

I'm pretty certain 12/13 isn't gonna happen for me... I'm still "Order Confirmed".

My dealer said I was scheduled between 12/13 and 12/17, but that just isn't happening at this point. I haven't reached back out; I feel bad annoying them every few days, because I know they get a ton of emails about it.

My build date per my dealer as of yesterday is 12/16. My status was "Order Confirmed" all day yesterday up until this morning when I checked it and the status was "In Production". So maybe there is still hope for you yet.

I get a new thing now <sigh>:

I really, really wish the IT guys working on the Ford Tracker would have done their work on a test environment, verified it worked, then released into production for us to use. Instead, now we have no trackers to use, official, or otherwise.

I get a picture of "I know what I did! I got it this time!"

Well, at least it's a different "Notice" window now. Progress, right?

I am also scheduled for 12/16 build date last time I check with my dealer, but the online tracker doesn't seem to work at all. Even with the URL query string directly, it used to show package information for my build, but now nothing besides some base lightning stuff. I am 50% sure the info is not a reflection of the actual state.

Was scheduled this week (12/6), email came through around midnight Wednesday getting pushed to 12/13. Still no window sticker or build date... wondering when the next bump back email will come.

Same here. Directly using URL query took me back to the tracker entry page.

Week. Originally 12/6, then 12/13, and who knows now.
