Ford's online tracker is completely unresponsive now.

Just checked with my dealer, and my order shows "In Production" and is "Sent To Plant".

I contacted Chapman last week about my build and was told it is still on schedule for build date 12/13. Cautiously optimistic.

So, I was wandering if anyone knows how many days of the week the truck plants are working 5,6 or 7 days a week. I tried searching for an answer and didn't come up with anything, so I thought I'd ask here. I was told by my dealer that I was scheduled to be built week of 12/13 but I'm one of those orders who have never had any email from Ford about my order. The last time I was able to use the tracker all that it indicated was that my order was confirmed. Anyway, I was hoping that they were working at least 5 days but wandered if they actually work weekends since they're so far behind it seems. Of course I realize the parts shortage may not make it possible to work more days than normal but hoping that they are able to keep the dates committed to. Just really excited about this truck and I'm grabbing at straws here to learn what I can about when it might arrive. I sure hope IT is working weekends because the tracker is my lifeline for information ?

But still no window sticker? That's what I'm being told, but it feels wrong as the window sticker link doesn't get me one.

Nope. Like everyone else, I haven't had much luck with any of the trackers. I'll try again Monday.

Got my weekly "Dear John" letter from Ford again yesterday...getting pushed from week of 12/13 to week of 12/20. Started out with an 11/29 date.

Tracker is not working, but you can check your window sticker via this link (replace "NUMBER" with your VIN - I believe the letters in the VIN need to be capitalized):

I was not able to pull up my build. (sorry, I should have posted that - trying to do too many things at one time.) But thought others might be able to.

The link works for a recent dealer truck:

However it also shows me with "not released".

Apologies if I made it sound like the link would work if the tracker didn't. I just knew that it may be a possibility. I've saved the link with my VIN so I can bypass the tracker spinning for a while and then returning nothing - at least I get a slot machine result - "Loser, try again" rather than the cold shoulder from the tracker.

You can get the same result currently by using the Mach E tracker and clicking the window sticker button. Two steps there.

Feel your pain. Today begins the 12/13/21 build week. I've heard nothing concerning the build day. Nor a window sticker, etc.
