It will drive me nuts for a while...but hopefully the joys and excitement with every other element of the truck will overshadow it.
This is just my luck with things it seems. A few months after I bought my mustang, some lady backed into a large construction sign and the sign fell on my car while I was stopped in traffic. Damaged it pretty good.
Who did I piss off in a previous life!?

I do have to say, kudos to Granger for sending you those. another dealer could have just said , uh we're gonna need a few weeks to get it ready and then just done the minimum work to fix it hoping you wouldnt notice. I hope I am way wrong on that, but still nice to see they are honest to show you the damage.

Congrats. I have seen some move to Final Prep as soon as 8 days, more as soon as 20 days. I am currently setting at day 6Just updated to see mine with updated to shipped on the ford tracker.
Hoping for a speedE Gonzales delivery for us all.

My dealer called me today to let me know my truck has been delivered! Hopefully picking up Saturday. Just yesterday Ford chat told me the truck was in Ohio, so either it was on a bullet train or their tracking is poor.

The new ETA Granger shows is 1/22 (not including their inspection), but I doubt that happens if it just updated to shipped yesterday.

Forgot to update yesterday. My truck is through the PDI process, no other issues found. Granger sent it to the body shop and it’s getting a new OEM front bumper, new Ford emblem on the grill and they’ll fix the scratches on the hood. Waiting to get an ETA on the repairs.
I was also told I could walk away or order another truck. If this truck looks factory fresh when done, I think I’m going to have a hard time walking away from it. I searched around and can‘t find anything with the options I spec’d that come close to Granger pricing. Ordering new starts the clock all over again and it could cost more and take who knows how long to arrive. I feel fortunate this truck arrived 3 months after I ordered it. I sold my previous truck just before Thanksgiving…

So my truck still says built awaiting shipment, but the ford app actually let me hit activate vehicle. Wonder if that means I’m close to delivery?

Mine let me do that when it was built also. It took a little less that 2 months to actually change to shipped, though.
Others have gone much quicker, so it is a bit of a mixed bag.

When in relation to the shipping window do that send you the next shipping window? eg. My shipping window ends 1/24. When should I expect an email with the next window?

For me, my truck built on 11/21, got my first email on 11/24 saying it was built with a delivery estimate of 12/3 to 12/9. On 12/20, I got an email saying the delivery estimate had changed to 12/18 to 12/24. On 12/27, I got an email saying 1/1 to 1/7, so there was really no pattern.
After the email on 12/27, It then went radio silent for a bit. On 1/18, my Ford Tracker showed shipped for the first time, so I reached out to Granger asking what to expect. They sent back information saying 1/16 to 1/22, but then yesterday (1/20), I received the email from Ford saying it was shipped and provided an ETA of 1/24 to 1/30.
