Just letting everyone know what to expect. The email didn't mean anything to me. I already know I am being shipped.

Got the email from Granger, my truck has arrived!!!

At this point, I'm just planning to be the last of the 11/21 build week F-150s to arrive at Granger.

It is still expected to arrive from 1/1 to 1/7.

this is fantastic !1 but lemme ask ya this, what does the Ford tracker say right now? is it still showing shipped, or has it changed? I am hoping the trucks are arriving faster than the updates

Tracker does show it arrived, it was still in shipped status when I checked this morning. No official email from Ford yet though.

I received an email from Ford today that mine was delayed now until 2/4 - 2/10. Emailed with the dealership on Monday and they said 1/17 was the eta they showed for delivery to them. Crazy how 2 days can change from 1/17 on a rail car to now 2-3weeks later before arriving at the dealer.

F*cking hell..it's like my truck was in an accident during shipping. Granger sent these over... I'm beyond disspointed.

probably everybodys biggest fear of all these trucks stacked up waiting to be delivered, and then the rush to deliver them causes people to neglect doing the job correctly. which seems to be SOP for any type of service in our country lately.

this totally sucks. but Ford will have to replace the parts and make it right before they sell it.
which of course means more delays. bummer

and in the end, if you arent happy, you should be able to walk away from the deal. which sucks for sure.

Totally agree...sadly it seems people just don't care. Who knows how long this will take... My first ever brand new and most expensive vehicle I have ever planned to purchase. I just don't know what to do here. Super pissed at the moment obviously.

Well, I think you are at a reputable dealer from everything I have read about Granger. I am pretty confident they will make the truck right again before they sell it to you

the thing that sucks is the time it will take.

I would sit back and see how it plays out for now, thankfully all the damage is really cosmetic, at least it didnt completely fall off the transport or something.
They will most likely replace the whole bumper assembly and the trim bits. The hood can be re painted easily by a decent body shop which they must have or work with.

So yeah, I feel for you, this totaly sucks after waiting so long. But let them tell you the plan before deciding anything. I honestly think you will come out OK.

Definitely my biggest fear. My truck has been sitting at so many spots for so long that I would be crushed if this was the outcome. @J17GT i am truly sorry you have to go through this.

Thanks, appreciate that. Yeah, I'm sure Granger will do whatever is necessary here, so that is good. The bumper and cosmetic bits should not be a big deal. Sucks the hood will most likely have to be painted. Deep breaths here for sure!!!!
