My truck is still on a railcar in New Boston, that's been standing still right there since 6/1 at 6:30am. I'm guessing they are loading more trucks on more cars heading to VA or east in general.

According to my dealer, my truck is still sitting at the railyard in Argentine, Kansas; been 11 days now. I went to that rail tracking site you mentioned, but I didn't want to create an account with them.

if you have a railcar number you can just call their number and press 2-1-3 and you can tell the automated voice your car number and it will tell you where it is.

the voice recognition is not the best, takes me a couple of times for it to understand T-T-G-X,
“did you say bthx”,
“no”,
“my apologies, please say it again”,
“Teeeeeee, Teeeee, Geeeeee, Exxxxssssss”.
“Thank you, did you say vbgs?”
Aarrgghhh!!!

You weren't kidding, it couldn't recognize jack! Lol. I'm glad no one was around to hear me exaggerating my T's. After a bunch of tries he finally got it right only to tell me no status available.

@Anseld1986 , what's the latest update on your truck making it's way to Koons? Wonder if we are on the same railcar.

When I talked to Ford yesterday on the phone, the update they gave me was that as of 5/25 it had been on Ramp 5M in New Boston, MI. They said it had shipped but couldn't give me the convoy number. Delivery date is still 6/16-6/22.

ah, mine is also still at 5m new bostin, i have a railcar number. I wonder if we are on the same car soon headed to Koons.

Mine was at 5M in New Boston for only a day - headed towards PA. It is currently sitting in constructive placement in Chester, PA - I’m assuming waiting for unloading. It moved pretty quickly up until this point.

i guess its a matter of timing. Are you the first one on the railcar and waiting for the rest, or the last one everyone else was waiting for.

As long as they meet the 6/19-6/25 delivery window I’ll be happy at this point.

One of my co-workers had their truck stuck in Newark, NJ at a rail yard waiting for transport to PA For about a month and a half and kept getting it pushed back.

I got my shipping notification from Ford but can’t find any info to track it. OrderTrack shows in transit but no details.

give ford chat a try. They’ll give you convoy number or railcar info. With railcar you can track it a bit, but convoy you are out of luck. Waiting game.
