@gmanford22 did your truck get on a rail car last week?

Mine remains a mere 90 minutes away awaiting final delivery...

Nope, still sitting there in New Boston. My dealer said they also have 2 trucks sitting there waiting as well…. My dealer is only 15 miles from Spencer, but on the United Roads tracking site they have 5 trucks waiting there as well. I think I’ll be lucky if I have it by Memorial Day…

Anyone have any idea what these Exceptions are on the United Road delivery receipt? Could it be damage?

I am so frigging fed up with Ford. With my current ETA (shipping) window (May 1-May7) not yet expired, I received another email from Ford last night saying "to ensure my complete satisfaction" the ETA has been pushed back to May 16-22. While the email says "estimated delivery range," Ford reps on the phone tell me that means estimated shipping date range. Ford reps have repeatedly told me that my truck was built and "released" for shipping since March 18. In other words, they aren't doing a damn thing to ensure my satisfaction. They are just letting my almost 80K truck sit and rust.

To add insult to injury, my dealer is taking delivery this week of two F150's (one with a similar build to mine) that were customer special orders (like mine) - both of which had blend dates on April 4 -- two full months past the blend date on my truck. I'm ready to decide we need to STAY a Toyota family. The new Tundra is really nice.

this is almost exactly my experience. Truck was finally ‘built’ after 4 months now sitting at Ramp 51….rusting. I understand the chip holds (although don’t like the way in which installation of the chips were prioritized) but having to wait once built….that’s just cruel. I would have walked a while ago if it weren’t for the 7.2kw Pro Power. None of the competitors have anything equivalent and it is a perfect fit for my needs.

Sadly it seems if I had cancelled my order in Feb and re-ordered I would already have had my truck for several weeks now (although it might have cost a bit more due to the price increases).

this is BEYOND FRUSTRATING. Was looking at some other Ford vehicles as a second vehicle but that won’t be happening now after this experience.

And the same story for me--Tuesday marked 7 weeks in "shipped" status. I've not gotten my third updated shipping estimate email yet, but I expect it any day. My patronizing dealer sales rep insists it's going to be here any day, but I'm not holding my breath.

After 170 days, I took delivery on Friday!

Honestly, after waiting so long and having a busy weekend, it's all been very underwhelming. I'm looking forward to spending some time figuring out what all the buttons do and getting comfortable in it.

Congratulations!!

Mine is due to arrive in Spencer MA tomorrow afternoon and I’m hoping it’ll get to the dealer by Friday. Almost there…

Hot damn, United Road says it showed up at the VA railyard. Maybe this will actually happen soon.

It arrived this morning, and will negotiate the sale Friday or Saturday. Hopefully I get to drive it away, but TBD on whether they stick to the pricing from my order date, and how much is offered for my current 2015 trade-in.

1613 lbs is one of the higher payloads I've seen on a decently optioned PowerBoost. Great looking truck!

Yep, I specifically optioned it out to avoid all the heavier features for towing our travel trailer, but do wish I had gone with the sport package. Even so, I like these stock wheels better than the 18" sport versions.

Great build! I have a very similar build for the same reason — carefully optioned for payload & reasonable comfort. Unfortunately, I added max tow and trailer tow mirrors which I think were key factors in the additional delay. Built but waiting shipment at this point.

So, I got an email from Ford on Tuesday saying my truck shipped. Order Track also showed it it is "in transit," though the destination is still blank and vehicle status still shows "ASN". Palsapp still shows "pending" with destination listed as "null", and United Roads still shows "inactive".

What the heck? Is there another place I can look to track it?
