I tried loading my window sticker for the last two days and got nothing. Both the tracker and the chat feature said the truck is "built" and awaiting shipment. Supposedly it's at Ramp 51 in Flat Rock, MI. I'm starting to think it's another production delay that Ford wants to hide.
Actually, I have some bad news. I'm tracking more than 10 vehicles from the January Chip Hold weeks which have been "Built", but have not shipped. These vehicles were "Built" between 2/28 - 3/16.

Thanks, Ralph. It could be CSX, which is the rail that I think would ultimately deliver my truck to New Orleans. That said, the window sticker says convoy, not rail (whatever that means)
Mine is convoy as well. Not sure if granger orders (IA) vehicles go truck or rail --- i think i recall reading most go on truck?

Its currently ramp 59, I got an email from ford on 3/9 and supposedly my truck was moved to ramp 51 on 3/8 (according to VVR) then soon after to ramp 59

You're probably going to be on Northfolk Southern, if you are coming from DTP. That's who is moving my truck from DTP to New Orleans.

Sticker says convoy because it's being moved by convoy from DTP to the rail yard.

United Road will probably be moving your truck from New Orleans to your dealer. You can check here for how to track.

I have the same question. My truck was "built" on March 18, and has been there since - allegedly "awaiting shipment".
Mine was built on 1/26 and I’m still waiting for it to be shipped. VVR shows repeated convoy delays.
This will be my first Ford and I already detest dealing with them.

Mine was built 1/26 in Dearborn. Same story.

Is your tracker saying "Built" or does it still say "In Production" like mine and many others here? I believe Stans2000 was referring to those that state "Built". Generally if it still says "In Production" it is still waiting for parts, not waiting to be shipped, that will come later.

My sales person contacted me again yesterday and and told me that the ETA was 5/19 for mine, but I don't think he really has a clue.

The Long McArthur Ford update on YouTube yesterday was kind of an "eye opener" about all the supply issues Ford is facing with the various vehicle builds...

You are correct and the ETA for my Truck on the Vehicle Visibility Report is also 5/19 per my dealer and Ford Marketing.

At this point since my PCO expires on 4/4 and my dealer will not extend it, which is there option per Ford Marketing, I will be spending the next 6 weeks after 4/4 trying to get another PCO.

Regarding Long McArthur Ford's YouTube update, it seems that my Chip Hold is solely due to the Auto Start/Stop. Why Doesn't Ford just Ship me my Truck and add the Chip later?

My VVR still shows an end date of May 22 even though it’s already on a train. Hope they don't purposely delay it to meet that date!. As of yesterday morning it was at the huge NS railyard in Conway PA.

I was wondering how it worked with PCO expirations and the never-ending delays. Then there's also the price increases that we hope to have price protection. It will be interesting to see what invoice price our dealers present to us.

That's a real shame about the auto start/stop, especially if it's a feature not wanted anyway. Now that certainly seems to be a feature not affecting the safe operation of a vehicle. Should fit the parameters of shipping the truck without the chip/module for a later installation.

I'm not worried about Price Protection with my dealer, but I will be clicking on every Ford Advertisement I can find until I get a pop-up to enter my personal information, zip-code and email.

After reading some forum threads about recalls of F-150s for various items, I checked MyFord.com account last night. No recalls, however when I refreshed the the web page just now, I was greeted with this:

I have the same recall. At least I haven't sold my old truck yet, so I can still pull my boat. This obviously is a safety issue, but not related to the Chip Hold.

Received a call from my salesman this morning, he says my truck is on the train headed for Houston with a ETA of April 6-12.
